My story

My story is a funny one. 

I didn’t even realise I had trauma until I started my own wellness journey. I was so used to blocking, masking and numbing out pain that I’d tricked myself into believing everything was okay. Even the multiple emergency hospital trips, last minute surgery and significant teenage trauma didn’t register because I’d buried it so deeply. 

But I did know I wasn’t fully embracing and enjoying the positives in life. 

Through all those years of masking, the only place I found true peace was with horses. This might sound odd if you’re not an animal person, but horses are my heart and soul and being around them everyday saved me. They never judge and are acutely aware of emotional changes. 

They’ve shown me the best way to approach times of stress, overwhelm and anxiety; in a sensitive, intuitive and non-judgemental way.   

Being epileptic, learning to calm myself in times of stress is vitally important. 

I guess you could say, I got used to listening to my bodies warning signals, but I wasn’t listening to my whole self.  

Instead, I would devote myself to listening to others. I think that’s why I became a teacher.  

After working there for 5 years and being promoted to Assistant Head, I felt like I needed something more. Taking a leap of faith, I left teaching and set up my own business, Glamour Pooch.

Having only one month to turn a shell of a shop into a fully functioning boutique dog grooming salon, I was elated when my first customer walked through the door. That was 15 years ago.  

Glamour Pooch has brought be a lot of joy, but there was still something missing. 

When I stumbled across Equine Wellbeing Coaching something deep inside me came to life. 

My personal healing journey taught me to listen to myself too. And what an eye-opening experience it has been. My life is much richer. Instead of constantly seeing gaps, now I see fulfilment and opportunities. 

Eventually taking the opportunity to train as a Certified Emotional Well-being Coach, I knew my true calling.

Now I am dedicated to creating positive change in peoples lives through personal coaching.

My approach

As your wellbeing coach, we will work together to peel back the layers of should’ and ‘must’, replacing them with daily actions that are rooted in your deepest values. Values you might currently be ignoring because your inner voice is lost. 

My role is to put YOU at the centre of our conversations. I will hold space for you and guide you towards self-discovery. YOU are the expert of your life, and with my help we will work together towards regaining control.   

I don’t offer quick fixes. I believe wellbeing is a journey. To truly heal you need time. Time to understand your present and discover what’s holding you back. Time to learn new techniques that can bring you a brighter tomorrow. And time to practise and implement them. I do this through multi-chapter self-discovery sessions that will help you discover the connection between your mind and body. 

We will delve into emotional healing, wellbeing, stress management, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, meditation and so much more. 

This is YOUR transformational journey. And as your wellbeing coach, I will work with you, to create personalised wellbeing plans that suit your unique lifestyle.

Everyone always comments on my down-to-earth nature, and that’s exactly what you can expect. 

Our sessions will be relaxed and informal, giving you time to express yourself freely in a non-judgemental space. I will put YOU first. Carefully listening to what YOU are saying, and not saying, and guiding you to see your whole glorious self. 

I believe that life is beautiful, but it’s also challenging, and each one of us has our set of own unique challenges. That’s why none of my wellbeing plans are they same. I will create yours with you to suit your unique lifestyle. 

Working together on my 1:1 Coaching programme or my group sessions, Feel to Heal, you will learn how to connect your body and mind. This will allow you to feel your emotions and process them in a calm and healthy way. 

Taking the tools you learn in our sessions into your everyday life, you will have practical strategies for managing stress and anxiety. 

We will also use mindfulness and meditation techniques developed in my sessions, to ground your in the moment and discover ways to turn your ‘fight, flight, freeze, fawn’ response into the more calming and freeing ‘rest and digest’. 

I am your champion. We will celebrate all your wins and I will be there supporting you along your journey.

Feel to Heal Online Programme

Feel to Heal is my flagship group coaching programme.

Over 12 consecutive weeks, I work with a maximum of 12 participants guiding them on their personal wellbeing journey.   

Using my multi-chapter self-discovery approach, I will help the group build resilience and understand the connection between your emotions and your nervous system. Each week we will delve deeper into understanding our bodies, our boundaries and our triggers.

Taking the lead, I will guide the group through meditations and body scanning, so you can understand where you hold stress and anxiety in your body.  

I do this because emotional issues affect our physical body. When our nervous system is stressed our heart rate increases, our immunity response decreases and our muscles tense to a state that can sometimes cause chronic pain. By learning to recognise and relax tension, you can improve certain stress-related illnesses and increase your overall wellbeing.

The bonus of Feel to Heal is we do this as a group. I act as your guide but we work together in every session.

Never judgemental and always welcoming, your Feel to Heal group will give you the opportunity to hear others’ stories and reflect them on your own life. You will learn, develop and grow together in a safe space.

Your group connections don’t stop after the sessions end. You will have 24/7 access to the Feel to Heal private community Facebook group and WhatsApp where you can reach out and ask questions to the whole community.

This is your personal healing journey, and with a whole community supporting you, you will be amazed at what you can achieve.  

What you receive from Caroline Anderson’s Feel to Heal Group Coaching programme:

  • A free 45 minute connection call with Caroline to discuss what you want from the sessions and if I’m the right coach for you. 

  • If you go ahead with the sessions you will meet Caroline and the rest of your Feel to Heal group weekly for two hours for 12 weeks. 

  • The group will be a non-judgemental safe space for you to share your thoughts and feelings, and learn from others.

  • You will receive a personalised wellbeing plan that empowers you to move forward and home practise techniques to use in your everyday life. 

  • 24/7 access to a private Feel to Heal community Facebook page and WhatsApp group where you can get unlimited guidance and support from Caroline Anderson and a community of other like minded people on the programme. 

  • VIP access to live and in person events

  • The Feel to Heal two hour per week 12 week course costs £650. Payment plans are available. .

1:1 Wellbeing coaching

Not everyone feels comfortable in group settings, I get that. That’s why I also offer 1:1 Wellbeing Coaching online. 

In my 1:1 Wellbeing Coaching sessions my focus is entirely on you. You have the whole session to share how you’re feeling and talk through any recent challenges. 

Each week we will delve deeper, unpicking what triggered your emotions and teaching you new techniques to bring you back to a sense of calm. 

We will explore your goals, needs and mindset and develop a personalised plan that empowers you to move forward. 

Meeting regularly means we can ‘check in’ on your progress and I can offer guidance and support when you’re finding your feet. 

I firmly believe wellbeing is a journey and it’s something we should continually work on, just like going to the gym. That’s why I recommend a minimum of 10 sessions for my 1:1 Wellbeing Coaching. The more you do the more you will learn about yourself, and the more you will feel to heal. 

What you receive from Caroline Anderson’s 1:1 Wellbeing Coaching:

  • A free 45 minute connection call with Caroline to discuss what you want from your sessions and if I’m the right coach for you. 

  • If you go ahead with the sessions you will meet Caroline weekly for one hour for a minimum of 10 weeks. 

  • Our 1:1 Wellbeing sessions will be personalised and offer a private safe space for you to share your thoughts and feelings.

  • You will receive a personalised wellbeing plan that empowers you to move forward

  • VIP access to live and in person events

  • £75 per hour

Once you have completed an online programme with Caroline, you are invited to join our Feel to Heal Membership Plan.

Wellbeing should not be a buzz word but a lifestyle choice. The end of your programme, should not mean the end of your support
